The Grapes trio with friends, bell ringers and innovative musicians from London will perform on the 16th of May 2024 at St. James Garlickhythe (Garlick Hill, London EC4V 2AF).
The musical program includes carillon - a work devised by the grapes trio (eva-maria houben, artur vidal, huw morgan), for the bells of St. James Garlickhythe and any number of musicians. The performance will begin shortly after 7 pm: carillon will be performed in the first half, by the bellringers of St. James, the grapes trio, and friends. In the second half, there will be three new pieces, one by each member of the trio, and music by John Cage (Five).
